The national haulers sell one thing: a big roll-off, dropped off a semi. That's the right tool for a commercial job site and the wrong tool for your driveway. The truck is heavy, the bin is huge, and the whole rig needs room to maneuver that a residential lot doesn't have.
We built the other option. Frontier drops a right-sized bin — 5, 10, or 15 cubic yards — off a no-CDL trailer that fits in a normal driveway. Same debris, gone the same way, without a semi parked across your street and without the cracked concrete that comes with it.
The three sizes, and how to pick
There are exactly three, on purpose. Every one of them fits a driveway.
- 5 yd Compact — 8 ft × 4 ft × 4 ft. Roughly two pickup-truck loads. A garage or attic cleanout, one room, a small landscaping job. It tucks into a single parking spot.
- 10 yd Standard — 10 ft × 5 ft × 5 ft. Roughly three to four truckloads. A kitchen or bath remodel, flooring tear-out, a whole-room renovation, a full-house declutter. This is the size most projects actually land on.
- 15 yd Large — 12 ft × 6 ft × 6 ft. Roughly five to six truckloads. A big remodel, a multi-room gut, a roof, an estate cleanout. It's the most we carry — and it still lands on a driveway, not a job site.

How the drop works
You point, we place. The bin goes where you want it — driveway, pad, a flat spot you clear — and we set boards under it so the feet don't mark your concrete. It sits level, the door swings so you can walk debris in instead of heaving it over the wall, and it stays until you're done.
Because the trailer doesn't need a semi's turning radius or a CDL driver, we can get into places a roll-off truck can't: tight courts, alley-loaded lots, shared driveways, HOA streets where a big rig is a problem. Same-week drop-off is normal on the Front Range — the sooner you call, the more the schedule works in your favor.
Where it can go — and the one thing to check first
A bin on your driveway or pad is your call. A bin in the street is not — most Front Range cities require a right-of-way or obstruction permit to set a container in the public right-of-way, and the rules and the clock differ city to city. Denver, Lakewood, Arvada, Boulder, and the rest each handle it differently. Keep the bin on private property and you usually skip the permit entirely — which is one more reason the driveway-friendly size wins.

A dumpster quote has two parts: the rental, and the weight. Most bins include a weight allowance, and material over that allowance is billed by the ton at the landfill scale rate — that's standard across the industry, not a Frontier gimmick. - What size dumpster do I need?
- For a garage cleanout or one room, the 5 yard. For a kitchen or bath remodel or a whole-room project, the 10 yard. For a big remodel, a roof, or an estate cleanout, the 15 yard. - Will the dumpster fit in my driveway?
- That's the whole point of the brand. All three sizes are built to fit a normal driveway, and we drop them with a no-CDL trailer instead of a semi, so we can reach tight courts, shared driveways, and alley-loaded lots a roll-off truck can't.
- Will the bin damage my driveway?
- We set boards under the bin so the feet don't mark or crack the concrete, and the trailer that places it is far lighter than the semi a big roll-off rides in on. Driveway-safe placement is standard on every drop.
- How long can I keep the dumpster?
- We set the rental window when you book and you fill it on your schedule. Need it longer? Call before the pickup date and we'll work it out. When you're done, we haul it — you don't have to be home.
- What happens with the weight?
- Most bins include a weight allowance, and anything over it is billed by the ton at the scale rate — that's standard in the industry. Heavy material like concrete, dirt, and shingles reaches the allowance quickly, so we ask what's going in before we quote and explain the weight up front. No surprise tonnage.
